Coronavirus – Kopter and its employees adapt to the exceptional situation

The Kopter management team has been monitoring very tightly the developments related to the Coronavirus. We have taken several extraordinary measures in full alignment with, and sometimes preceding, the ones taken by the Swiss authorities.

So far, we have had no cases of COVID-19 within Kopter’s work environment, and are pleased that we could preserve the health of our employees.

We adopted at an early stage in all our sites the necessary precautions in terms of hygiene, travels and visits. As a digitally developed company, we have been able to easily implement efficient and safe home office solutions & collaboration to guarantee a good continuity in the company operations. This allowed us to rapidly reduce the employees’ physical presence in all our facilities to the very strict minimum.

Our flight testing in Pozzallo (Sicily) has been temporarily suspended while we continue to guarantee an adequate level of operational activities.

Our priority is to do everything possible to keep the development and industrialization processes progressing in close cooperation with all our partners and suppliers, while ensuring the health and safety of our staff at all times. Once the situation has been put under control, we are confident that, together, we will rise to this challenge successfully.

We wish the best to all of you following us, and sincerely hope that you, your families and relatives will overcome these difficult times and stay healthy.
